Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote AESDAC's events, memberships, and initiatives.
Identify new growth opportunities and market trends to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Management:
Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Content Creation & Management:
Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials aligned with the brand.
Membership Engagement:
Develop strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones by showcasing the value of AESDAC memberships.
Organise member-focused events and programs to boost engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Coordinate with event planners to promote AESDAC’s programs effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in events or association management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
